I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with four years of experience in clinical mental health counseling. My work has focused on individuals facing severe mental health challenges, including those living with depression, schizophrenia, or substance use issues—many of whom were navigating homelessness or co-occurring conditions. I’ve provided support through community-based mental health agencies and continue to advocate for clients’ well-being with care that is compassionate, grounded, and informed.
As a military spouse of 14 years, I understand the emotional and practical complexities of change, transition, and resilience. I'm currently working toward full licensure in both Washington State and Hawaii, where I’m physically located. My approach is shaped by my background in trauma work, cultural understanding, and a commitment to meeting clients where they are while empowering them to grow at their own pace.
